We are seeking an experienced Echo/Vascular Technologist to perform diagnostic cardiovascular and echocardiography ultrasound exams. This role includes imaging and non-imaging evaluations, assisting physicians during procedures, and ensuring accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Perform echocardiography and vascular ultrasound exams per department protocols.
- Conduct imaging and non-imaging cardiovascular evaluations (stress tests, Holter monitoring, ECG).
- Monitor patient condition and recognize abnormal rhythms; notify physician promptly.
- Prepare patients for procedures and provide clear instructions.
- Maintain accurate patient records, billing codes, and test logs.
- Clean and sterilize equipment; ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Associate’s degree or completion of an approved Radiologic Technology program.
- Minimum 2 years experience in cardiac and vascular imaging required.
- ARRT certification and current state license.
- RDCS or RCVT certification required; ARDMS cardiac echo certification required.
- Current BLS certification.
- Proficiency with echocardiology ultrasound systems and transducers, including transesophageal.
- Strong communication and technical skills.
- Hourly Pay: $57.15
- Experience: Must have both echo and vascular experience.
