The Registered Nurse-Endoscopy role involves providing specialized patient care in a modern endoscopy department within a state-of-the-art medical facility. Candidates must hold an RN license with a minimum of three years’ critical care or equivalent experience and demonstrate skills in patient-centered care, training, and compliance with healthcare standards. The position offers comprehensive onboarding, leadership opportunities, and requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and certifications such as ACLS and PALS.

- Location: 109 Scotts Hill Medical Drive Wilmington, North Carolina 28411
- Schedule: Full-Time, 0.9 FTE, 72 Hours per 2 weeks, 12 Days Shift, 7a-7p.

- Onboarding: Comprehensive orientation and training program designed to set new team members up for success, with ongoing support from experienced preceptors and leadership.
- Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. B.S. in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a critical care or healthcare equivalent setting, required. Prior ASC or OP suite experience with leadership responsibility, preferred.
- Licensure/Certification: Licensed as an RN in North Carolina, required. ACLS and PALS certification, preferred.
- Additional Skills (required): Strong background in patient centric care; Experience with facilitating education and training; Must have the ability to complete assignments required for Medicare, TJC/AAAHC and other required organizations. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly WORD, Excel and Outlook. Experience in leadership roles; Strong ethical and moral character references; Language skills adequate for high-level written, interpersonal, and telephone communication. Accuracy and attention to detail without compromise of patient care.
