The Day-to-Day:

• Build and manage a client portfolio through outreach, referrals, and repeat business.
• Run crisp intakes, advise on market realities, and set clear search plans and fee terms.
• Source, screen, and present candidates with short, decision-ready write-ups.
• Drive interviews, prep candidates and clients, gather feedback, and negotiate offers.
• Keep your pipeline and notes current in the ATS so clients always know where things stand.
• Create consistent habits that lead to steady searches and placements.
