This position offers partnership day one with a base plus profit sharing compensation model that is one of the most lucrative in the region. Strong specialty back up and double/triple physician coverage around the clock keep things running smoothly and allow the physicians to work at a moderate, enjoyable pace under 2 patients per hour. Scheduling is also more flexible than most with a low number of required hours.
