Requires patient interaction, clinical support, and critical thinking in a fast-paced hospital/clinic environment. - Graduate of accredited EMT or Medical Assistant diploma program OR - Medical Assistant Registration or Certification OR - Six months patient care experience - Must pass Level II Criminal History check

Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Required Work Experience: No prior work experience required. Other Information: Additional Information: Employment in this position is contingent upon successful completion of a Level II Criminal History record check.Can be graduate of an accredited EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) or MA (Medical Assistant) Diploma program, possess Medical Assistant Registration or Medical Assistant Certification; or; or have six (6) months of patient care experience.Additional Education Info: Six (6) months of patient care experience in lieu of graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant or EMT program.
