Position: Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner
Location: Central and Southern CA (Remote)

Salary: $85/hour plus OT with full benefits and a 401(k)
Bonuses: $10,000 sign-on bonus and an annual retention bonus of $20,000
Position Overview:
For eight years, Accelerated Urgent Care has been voted Best Urgent Care in Bakersfield, CA. We are hiring Physician Assistants and Family Nurse Practitioners for a 100% tele-health position within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Urgent Care Medicine, practicing twelve-hour (12) shifts with a 1-hour break.
- Full-time is 12 shifts per month, 2 on-call shifts per month, and practice from 8 am to 9 pm.
- Treat 4 patients per hour from newborns to geriatrics (full spectrum care) in a low-acuity setting.
- Bread & Butter Procedures: I&Ds, Toenail Removal, and Laceration Repair.
- Equipment: We offer In-house Point-of-Care testing and X-rays.
- A Board-Certified Radiologist reads all X-rays, and results are available within 20 minutes for routine orders.
- Easy-to-use EMR: VelociDoc with Dragon dictation and document all patients in one minute
Qualifications:
- Completion of a formal MSN FNP Program or MS in Health Sciences, Physician Assistant Studies
- CA Medical License that is active and in good standing
- DEA Certification
