Asante is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and inquisitive Nurse Practitioner to join our Infectious Disease team.

What You ll Do:- Work side-by-side with a knowledgeable Infectious Disease Physicians who are passionate about training new providers.
- Provide medication management, patient education, and primary care services related to infectious disease.
- Conduct physical exams, review lab results, and contribute to comprehensive care plans.
- Serve as a health educator and advocate, empowering patients with tools for disease prevention and healthy living.
- Split your time between Medford (3 days/week) and Grants Pass (1 day/week) two vibrant communities in the heart of Southern Oregon. Four day work week - great work/life balance.
