Traveling Superintendent

Traveling Superintendent Responsibilities
- Lead on-site crews installing slope stabilization and other geotechnical systems
- Ensure jobsite safety by implementing site-specific safety plans
- Manage project execution—on time and on budget
- Maintain daily documentation (logs, progress reports, as-builts)
- Support and review crew performance, training, and development
- Oversee use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and vehicles
- Maintain quality control and compliance with project specifications
- Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, and internal teams
Traveling Superintendent Requirements
- 5+ years in construction (civil or geotechnical preferred)
- 1+ year experience as a Superintendent or equivalent leadership role
- Able to read/interpret scopes, specs, and plans
- Ability to work at jobs sites 3-4 weeks at a time.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license (CDL A preferred)
- Comfortable working outdoors in various climates
