Registered Nurse needed for Operating Room/Surgical services in El Paso, TX to provide perioperative care before, during, and after surgery. Candidates should have ADN or higher, active RN license, OR/surgical experience (1+ years preferred), and certifications like ACLS/PALS preferred; duties include maintaining sterile environment, intra-operative assistance, monitoring vitals, and patient/family communication. Positions available full-time/part-time/per diem across shifts with benefits such as medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, tuition assistance, and sign-on bonuses.

Qualifications:
- ADN or higher degree in nursing
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
- 1+ years of experience in an operating room (OR) or surgical setting preferred
- ACLS, PALS certification preferred
- Experience with aseptic and sterile techniques
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, physicians, patients and families
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery in accordance with AORN standards
- Maintain an aseptic and safe environment in the Operating Room
- Assist in the intra-operative care of the patient by performing nursing and technical duties as assigned
- Monitor patients' vital signs and other physiological parameters during surgery
- Communicate with patients and their families about the surgical procedure and postoperative care
