The Customer Experience Associate II acts as a liaison between clients, field technicians, and technical support to resolve issues efficiently within a dynamic work environment. They manage work orders, monitor systems for errors, and provide technical support using problem-solving and communication skills. The role requires prior technical support experience, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work a flexible schedule with onsite presence.

As a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication between clients, field technicians, and technical support teams. This is your opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your problem-solving skills and technical expertise truly make a difference.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, field technicians, and technical support teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Create and manage work orders in the ticketing system for dispatching field technicians.
- Monitor the Central Management System to identify and escalate errors to field technicians or internal teams.
- Respond promptly to requests from field technicians via phone, text, and email.
- Handle referred issues from internal and external sources through phone and email communication.
Requirements
- Previous office experience in technical support or customer care within the Communications or Mass Media industry.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively with field technicians.
- Working knowledge of computer hardware gained through professional experience or education.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Outlook and Excel.
- Experience providing technical support and peer-to-peer training in an office setting.
- Ability to work the following schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM.
- Flexibility to work beyond scheduled hours, including mandatory overtime when required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
