Salary and Benefits
- Salary Range: $250,000 - $300,000 annually
- Relocation Allowance Offered

Responsibilities
- Monday to Friday (8:00 am 4:00 pm or 9:00 am 5:00 pm) with possible on-call duties
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up care for patients
- Work in an inpatient setting with patient volume varying based on census
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Provide consultation and second opinions as needed
- Supervise and mentor psychiatric residents or students (if applicable)
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system (Credible)
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and best practices within the organization
Requirements
- Clear and active licensure as a Psychiatrist in the state of Florida
- Board Certification in Psychiatry (or Board Eligibility)
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Experience in inpatient psychiatric settings is preferred
