A thriving community hospital located on the Southern California Coast are seeking an OB Hospitalist to work an average of 7, 24-hour shifts per month.

This hospital averages 1-2 deliveries per 24-hour shift and has strong OB support including a lvl-III, 22-bed NICU, MFM, and more.

The Position:
• Community Hospital averages 2K deliveries per year and has a Level III, 22-bed NICU, state-of-the-art birth center, and 2 da Vinci Robots
• Position is 80% OB and 20% GYN, mostly covering unassigned deliveries and unassigned deliveries
• Work between 6-8, 24-hour shifts per month
• Low-volume: 1-2 deliveries per 24-hour shift
• Compensation package includes a negotiable hourly rate of $200/hr with total income into the $400K range
• Temporary Housing Stipends up to 6 mos, up to $500K in housing down payment assistance, Sign-on/Relocation up to $45K, Full Benefits Package, and more
