PMHNP-BC needed full-time for a full-service, multi-specialty Community Health Center. Under the general direction of the supervising physician, the Medical Director and CHC Family Health Center coordinates the comprehensive health care needs of the specific patient population and provides appropriate direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of specific conditions.
