Medical Solutions auto-deducts the 1.75% WA state tax — this can be added back in. Clinical Profile Review: Manager will contact the traveler directly for an interview. Radiation Badge: Must be provided. Department: Interventional Radiology (IR Tech) Certs: BLS, ARRT (R), WA license (IV cert preferred) Rooms: 3 total — 2 biplane, 1 single plane. One room always open for strokes. Hybrid OR with CT/IR scanner. Float: May cover Hybrid OR (not required). Duties: Full IR procedures (neuro IR, vascular, stroke). Scrubbing and circulating. Part of call team. Experience: Minimum 1 year; travel and stroke-center experience preferred. Volume: 10–20 cases/day + strokes (1–4/week). Two IR techs per room. Systems: Cerner EMR, GE Centricity RIS, Philips Intellispace PACS. Equipment: Philips. Support: Lead IR Tech, Charge RN, Nurse Manager, Radiology Director. Radiologists: In-house days; on-call nights. IV Starts: Done by IR RNs. Schedule: 4x10s (7a–5:30p or 7:30a–6p), rotating days off. Weeknight Call: 1–2 nights/week (6p–7a). Travelers choose 4 weeknights + 2 weekend call shifts/month; can swap. Weekend Call: 1 weekend/month (Fri 6p–Mon 7a). Holiday: Work if scheduled; holiday pay included. Response Time: 30 minutes. Scrubs: Provided. Orientation: First day modules; first week with preceptor.
