What You'll Do: Provide on-call coverage for a variety of inpatient surgical procedures at our well-equipped hospital near Powellton, WV. Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement safe and effective anesthesia plans for patients undergoing surgery. Administer a variety of anesthesia medications and monitor patients' vital signs throughout surgery and recovery. Respond to urgent anesthesia needs as they arise. Maintain meticulous documentation within the Meditech electronic medical record system. Foster a positive and professional work environment. Qualifications: Active medical license in the state of West Virginia (WV only). Board-certified in Anesthesiology. Current certifications in ACLS, PALS, BLS, and ATLS. Minimum of 30-60 days for credentialing (temporary privileges may be available). Strong clinical skills and a comprehensive knowledge base in Anesthesiology. Experience in providing anesthesia for various surgical procedures across multiple specialties is a plus. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
