Seeking a dedicated psychiatric physician to provide high-quality, patient-centered mental health care to patients of all ages, following the Patient-Centered Medical Home model. The provider will conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnose mental disorders, and manage treatments including medication. The role uses NextGen EMR and involves seeing 0-8 patients daily in a permanent Vermont position.
