Our job summary

Drive with Lyft recruits new drivers in Portland offering up to $400 in sign-on bonuses (earn $100 per 10 rides within 7 days, up to 4). Drivers set their own schedules, receive upfront pay visibility, keep 100% of tips, and can use features like Women+ Connect; requirements include being 25+, owning a 4-door vehicle 2010+ (or using Express Drive), a smartphone, clean driving record, and auto insurance. The role is flexible, suitable as supplemental, part-time, seasonal, or full-time work with no prior experience required.

Driver Requirements

You're at least 25 years old
You own an iPhone or Android smartphone
You have a clean driving record and auto insurance
You have a 4-door from 2010 or newer
