Job Description:
Compensation : $300000 - $350000 Job ID : 41424
Job Function:
Perform outpatient gynecology visits and procedures, as well as gynecologic surgical cases (including hysterectomies, hysteroscopies, colposcopies, and IUD insertions/removals).
Provide anesthesia support for surgeries performed at Hackensack Mountainside; basic procedures may also be completed at one of the practice's surgery centers.
Utilize the MediTab EMR system for accurate and efficient clinical documentation.
Maintain a strong focus on quality care, with weekly Monday reports summarizing services provided and key quality initiatives (referrals, wellness metrics, patient reviews).

Job Requirements:
- Residency training in ObGyn - fellowship in Gyn surgery not required but can be considered.
- Board eligibility/board certification required.
- License in NJ required at start of employment.
