Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring a NH or compact RN license and at least one year of recent ER experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
- Patient population consists of a variety of emergency cases and acuity levels
- 12-hour day shifts from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm
- 13-week contract assignment
- ER nurses will care for diverse emergency and urgent cases
- Must provide copies of certifications and nursing license verification upon consideration
- Profile must include a complete application, skills checklist, references, and license verification
Requirements
- Active RN license in NH or compact state
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Department experience
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC
- Current Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) or accepted equivalent certification required for ER
- No gaps in work history totaling 90 days or more in the past 12 months
- US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
