Job Details:
• Work 12-hour shifts starting at 6:45 AM
• Typical nurse to patient ratio of 1:6
• Must work every other weekend
• On-call requirement during low census periods
• Holiday rotation with permanent staff
• Float to multiple units including Ortho/Neuro, Oncology, Acute Care, and JFW
• Must be flexible with changing assignments during shifts
• Floor-specific orientation provided
• Scrub color requirement: Caribbean Blue
• Work with telemetry monitoring on different units
• Experience with BIPAP, CPAP, vapotherm, and Draegar ventilators
• Required certifications: BLS, NIHSS
• Additional certifications may include ACLS and ASLS depending on unit
• Electronic medical record system: MEDITECH
• Minimum 2 years of experience with 1 travel assignment OR 4 years of experience without travel
• Must live within 75-mile radius of facility
• No artificial nails permitted
• No blocked scheduling allowed
• BSN degree not required
• Cancellation policy: 12 hours every 2 weeks
