We’re looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our fabrication department, overseeing a skilled team of machine operators and assemblers.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations in the fabrication area to ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met

• Lead and support a team of machine operators and assemblers, fostering a positive and efficient work environment

• Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet deadlines

• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve production issues

• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to support performance and development

• Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety regulations

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or fabrication environment

• Strong leadership and team-building skills

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production drawings

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles is a plus

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
