Job Description:
- Outpatient Family Medicine opening
- Mix of value-based and fee-for-service patients
- Schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 5:00
15-18 patients per day
- No hospital responsibilities
Compensation and Benefits:
- Employed position with base salary plus bonus incentives and company stock
- 220k salary plus quality bonuses based on star ratings
- Bonuses up to 40k year one.
-Additional bonuse year two
- Malpractice,
- $5,000 relocation,
- 22 days PTO, 6 paid public holidays, health insurance, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, employee assistance program
Community:
-Primary care group with multiple locations along the Florida Atlantic Coast
Requirements:
- BC/BE Family or Internal Medicine
- Full License and ACN considered
- Spanish bilingual required
