Multiple Med/Peds Opportunities in Halifax County, NC Roanoke Rapids Littleton Situated on the NC/VA border, Medical Group is seeking BE/BC Family Med Physicians Position Details
- Full-time, permanent
- Colleagues in office: another MD and two NPs
- Full time is 40 hours/week with at least 36 hrs scheduled patient care and 4 hrs scheduled as admin
- Providers usually live at the lake or in Roanoke Rapids, potentially in Rocky Mount
- A physician at this location transferred to a different location so we need to replace with MD/DO
Position Details- Full-time, Permanent
- Outpatient only is standard and available
- Will eventually need one or more PCPs
- Currently have 5 IMs & 1 PA, all committed thru at least mid-2021)
- Full time is 40 hours/week with at least 36 hrs scheduled patient care and 4 hrs scheduled as admin
- Colleagues in office and exact schedule vary by location currently no offices are open on Sundays and there are only a few providers doing day Saturdays
- Providers usually live in Roanoke Rapids or Lake Gaston area, potentially Rocky Mount

- NCQA-designated Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH)
- Provider package includes signing bonus, relocation if applicable, CME allowance, malpractice covered by FTCA, dues/fees reimbursed, PTO, closed on several major holidays, group insurance, etc.
- 5-year contracts preferred; 3 or 4 years may be considered
Compensation- Signing bonus and relocation allowance
- Annual CME allowance of up to $3000 & up to 40 hours
- Malpractice insurance covered through Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) coverage
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
