Coverage Needed:
- October 1, 2023 - Ongoing
- Need a provider who can work days and/or nights
Clinical Information:
- 1 MD and 1 APP during the day, 1 MD at night. Full resident team
- 24 MSICU beds, 6 burn icu beds, and 12 CVICU beds
- EMR: Meditech
- Typical patient caseload - ADC is 20-24
Required:
- Must have FL license and FL DEA
- Must be BC in Critical Care
- Must work 5-7 shifts per month and be able to start in October
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
  - Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
