Schedule: 3 weeks on/1 week off with MWF 1–3pm leave, T/Th wrap by 5pm, no weekend cases. Case mix: OBGYN, ortho, GS, endoscopy, podiatry, urology, ENT. Employment: Full-time; W2 or 1099 options; never-ending base; position in affluent SW Oklahoma town. Requirements: - CRNA license (state) and current DEA/state controlled substance registration - Active ACLS/PALS certification (if required by facility) - 2+ years post-grad anesthesia experience preferred - Ability to work specified 3/1 schedule and multiple surgical case types - BLS/NRP as facility mandates

A nationally accredited, not-for-profit medical center outside Oklahoma City is seeking another CRNA to join its established team, offering highly competitive compensation and tremendous practice autonomy.

Position Details:
• Team of 4 CRNAs seeking a 5th provider due to growth
• Bread-and-butter cases: OBGYN, orthopedics, GS, endoscopies, podiatry, urology, ENT, etc.
• 3 weeks on/1 week off - MWF leave between 1-3pm, T/Th wrap up by 5pm, and no cases on Sat/Sun
• W2: $365K never-ending base, $25K sign-on, plus full suite of benefits
• 1099: $400K never-ending base, $25K sign-on, no benefits
