Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) provide anesthesia care for a wide range of surgical procedures at a Level I trauma research and teaching hospital. They work autonomously in a team environment covering OB, Pediatric, and Heart cases, with a flexible schedule promoting excellent work-life balance. The role requires a Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing Anesthesia and Illinois CRNA licensure, with comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation.
- Join an autonomous and team-centered department of over 60 CRNAs that perform over 19,500 cases annually at an established research and teaching hospital
- Level I trauma center
- Hiring for four ten-hour shifts per week, no in-house call
- SECOND call schedule will be 2-3 weekends per year, 1 holiday/year, and once every 3 weeks for weekdays to allow for excellent work-life balance
- Opportunity to pick up shifts for additional earning potential
- Three subgroups of CRNAs cover OB, Pediatric, and Heart cases
- Perform all surgical services except for transplants and burns
- CRNAs are very autonomously while still collaborating with anesthesiologists

- The compensation range for this position is $288,205 - $312,208.
