Competitive locum pay with mixed outpatient/inpatient surgical practice in Virginia. General Surgeon locum role; inpatient and outpatient practice with ED follow-ups and same-day emergency calls. Call shift 7am–7am next day. EMR: Paragon. Location: Virginia. Contract: locum (short-term/ongoing) — schedule per call rotations. - MD/DO with board eligibility or board certification in General Surgery - Valid DEA and state medical license for Virginia (or compact/temporary licensure as required) - Experience with inpatient and outpatient surgical care and ED follow-ups - Comfortable with overnight on-call surgical responsibilities - Familiarity with Paragon EMR
