RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work in 16-bed NVICU (Neurological ICU) unit on 7th floor
• Patient ratios approximately 2:1
• Day shift: 1 charge nurse, 8 RNs; Night shift: 1 charge nurse, 8 RNs
• Must work at least 4 weekends per schedule period
• Float to all ICUs, BMT, and PCU floors as needed
• Work with standard ICU equipment and Meditech EMR system
• Required certification: ACLS
• ICU experience required - candidates without this will not be considered
• Meditech experience preferred
• Oncology and neuro experience preferred
• Assist with central line and arterial line placement, intubation procedures
• EVD placement performed (core staff will care for these patients)
• Must be a team player, accountable, and caring
• Dress code: Royal blue scrubs required
