Schedule: 7 On / 7 Off 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
Setting: Community-based hospital Non-trauma facility
Average Census: patients per physician
Team: Collaborative hospitalist group managing patients collectively
ICU: Open ICU with 24/7 intensivist support (no procedures required)
On-Call: None enjoy true work-life balance!

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $250,000 $275,000
Starting Bonus: $15,000
Productivity & Quality Bonuses available

Qualifications

BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Must be Board Certified within 2 years of contract start
Active NY license or willingness to obtain
Clean malpractice and license history
ACLS, BLS, PALS, and DEA required
Comfortable managing patients in an open ICU with intensivist support
