This is an exciting opportunity to join an existing outpatient practice with strong patient demand and hospital affiliated practice support. Ideal candidate will be patient centered, have exceptional clinical and communication skills and possess a strong commitment to providing high quality healthcare to communities we serve. Strong interest in the provision of primary care for all age groups Shared call rotation averaging about 1 in every 70 days (with RN triage) Flexible Schedule: 3, 4, or 5 days work week APP Collaboration which provides an additional source of compensation Teaching available if desired (1st year AMC students and precepting NP/PA students) Hybrid work in Hospital Medicine if desired Physician leadership/administrative work is available if interested.Qualifications Board Certified NYS licensure DEA requiredCompensation & Benefits We offer a competitive base salary with earning potential through RVU-based productivity incentives and quality performance bonuses. Competitive salary range $250,000 - $260,000 The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position.
