The role is ideal for a physician who can manage a high patient volume and is comfortable with both inpatient rounding and call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coverage Dates: Begin ASAP and continue ongoing, with one week of coverage per month
- Practice Setting: Inpatient
- Patients Per Shift: 30
- Bed In Department: 15
- Office Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Call Coverage: Backup call from hotel, 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Rounding: Assigned patients, including inpatient rounding and post-op follow-ups
Qualifications:
- Board Certification: Required
- Fellowship: Required
- Minimum Board Certification: Certified
- Licensure: Licensed in MD or IMLC
- Certifications Required: ACLS, ATLS, BLS
- Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60 days
- Temporary Privileges: Available
- Hospital Stroke Certification: Yes
- EMR System: Epic

- Coverage Needs: Includes both scheduled clinical hours and call coverage
- Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
