SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST for School YearWe are partnering with a near west suburban school districts for find an outstanding full time Speech Language Pathologists for the remainder of the school year. Caseloads include:- Elementary caseload of about 41 students, includes instructional classrooms as well
- Some case management of S/L only students.
- Some caseloads include Bilingual (Spanish English) students. Bilingual skills are not required.
Responsibilities:- SLP will provide direct and consultative Speech and Language services to students including screening, assessing, treating, and reporting as appropriate. Some case management of Speech only students may be required.
- Plan and present at IEP/Student conferences in consultation with staff.
- Monday-Friday as per school schedule.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:- Hold Illinois PEL (Professional Educator License) in Speech Pathology and IDFPR license in Speech.
- CF candidates will be considered.
- Experience working collaboratively in a student-centered environment.
- 1-2 years' experience a plus.
- Credentials to be collected prior to and upon hire.
Salary and Benefits:- $43/hr for new grad, other salary based upon experience. Weekly pay.
