Overview
Are you a proactive professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service? At RPS, we’re seeking a Market Representative to focus on renewals and ensure our clients receive tailored insurance solutions that meet their evolving needs.
How you'll make an impact
- Manage the renewal process, including reviewing accounts and negotiating terms with carriers.
- Build strong relationships with clients and carriers to ensure seamless renewals.
- Analyze coverage options and pricing to recommend the best solutions.
- Stay informed on market trends and carrier appetites to identify opportunities for growth.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Knowledge of insurance products and markets is a plus.
About You
Required: Bachelor's degree, no experience required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and Microsoft Office.
Preferred: Property and Casualty license; can obtain upon hire
Behaviors: Detail oriented; strong analytical skills and good communication and interpersonal skills
