IDEAL CANDIDATE:BC/BE Family Medicine MD/DOYES to J-1 & H1b'sSETTING: 100% outpatientfull time = 35-hrs in clinic + 5 "admin" hoursExtremely flexible to hit 35-hrs in clinic & 5 "admin" hours - DO NOT HAVE TO BE IN OFFICE for Admin HoursMost providers look similar to: 3-days (8-5:30), 1-day (8-7)pm, 1-day "admin" at home if they need to catch up20-24 patients per dayaveragePAYOR MIX (across WHN): 65% Medicare/Medicaid 30% Commercial 5% Self Payall ages - w/ PD being part-time, the FM will see all ages, cradle to grave, on days w/o PD in clinicPROCEDURES: as desiredAvailable:paps, I&D's, contraceptive management, trigger point injections, derm stuff: skin tag/toenail removal, minor lesionsCALL: 1:12or betterPhone Only backup to Nurse Triage answering serviceAvg 1 weekday every 2-3 weeks & 1 weekend every 2-3 COMPENSATION:COMP MODEL 1 (new provider): Salary + Enculturation Bonus Salary Range = $225,000-$235,000 Enculturation (Retention) Bonus: $10,000 / year -based on continued & successful acclimation to WHN & payable at the end of each contract year (Years 1 & 2)COMP MODEL 2 (production): Salary + Production Bonus Incentive- Salary Range = $225,000-$235,000- Bonus: encounter-based, up to 64% of base salary 30% of pay is NON-Performance based 70% of pay is Performance based 1.
