$500K base, $25K/yr loan repayment & sign-on bonus in a hospital-employed OBGYN role. Full-time OB/GYN near Chicago suburb (≤1 hr from Naperville). 4-day work week, 1:5 call (may become 1:6). Employed position in an established group of 4 OB/GYNs, 2 FM/OBs, midwives/APRN. High-volume practice, flexible hours. • MD/DO with OB/GYN board certification or eligibility • Active state medical license (or ability to obtain) • Hospital privileging and malpractice credentials • Experience in high-volume obstetrics preferred • Ability to work 4-day clinical schedule and take rotational call

Practice Details:
• Established practice of 4 OB/GYN's, 2 FM/OB physicians, 3 Midwives and APRN providers

• 4-Day work week with flexible hours to support your preferred work/life balance
• High volume potential for incoming provider
• Call: 1:5 with the potential of moving to 1:6 in the near future
• Collegial group with next to zero turnover that is very interested in providing mentorship, if needed

Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary guarantee in the $437,000-$500,000 range
• Hospital employed position with about $25,000 loan repayment per year, a sign-on bonus, stipend, and more
