In this full-time, on-site role, you'll oversee all phases of the building process-collaborating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious, code-compliant completion. Key Responsibilities:
Define project scope, deliverables, and resource needs
Draft and manage project budgets
Obtain permits and ensure regulatory compliance
Create and manage project schedules and construction timelines
Coordinate across project teams including architects, engineers, and subcontractors
Review plans, scopes, submittals, and drawings for specification compliance
Oversee contracts and subcontracts
Conduct site audits and inspections to ensure safety and code compliance
Submit project close-out documentation and ensure proper recordkeeping
Manage subcontractor and supplier relationships
Report project progress, cost status, and milestone updates
Ensure documentation, permits, and all approvals are maintained
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
3 years of experience managing commercial construction projects preferred.
Strong understanding of construction, architectural, and engineering principles
Proficiency with Google Suite and Project Management Software
Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to read, review, and interpret technical construction documents
OSHA certification required
