Please attach a copy if necessary. We will look at providers willing to obtain the Fluro or with the temp fluro. Please ensure the bid reflects: Guaranteed Hours: 8 OT applies after 9 hours per day. All OT should be preapproved by your clinic manager (Alyssa Peper). Please seek preapproval via text with Alyssa. If you have any questions, please escalate to the PSJH admin team.We will need coverage in the clinic and help with call coverage. -M-Thurs (8-5 days/times may vary) - Friday ( days/times may vary)Call will be 7-10 days per month including weekend, dates will vary. Provider will have an hour unpaid lunch during the 8am-5pm. If they are on taking call on a week they are in clinic, the shifts will be set up as regular hours during the day (M-F) and then night call each weekday night.
