- Team Composition: Physician, Supervisor, Nerve Conduction Technician, Medical Assistant, and Patient Registration Interviewer
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Patient Distribution: 90% Outpatient; 10% Inpatient
