What You'll Do:- Engage new and existing customers with professionalism and care.
- Communicate fluently in both Spanish and English to assist our diverse customer base.
- Educate customers on insurance options using a needs-based approach.
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, and market products and services.
- Support clients with policy changes, billing, claims, and more.
What You'll Get:- $18-$25/hour depending on experience plus commissions

What You Bring:- Fluency in Spanish and English (required)
- Active driver's license
- 4-40 Customer Service License or 2-20 General License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)

- Comfortable with sales and customer service roles
- Ability to identify customer needs and present relevant solutions
