Shift time: Variable start times as early as 6am (stay late if needed to finish cases)
Float Requirements: To Sister Facilities as needed - within a 60 mile radius
On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
ALL Required Licenses and Certifications: WI RN, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS
Minimum Experience: 3 years REQUIRED
Minimum 2 years OR experience REQUIRED. Must have experience with Ortho-Spine and Neuro REQUIRED.
EPIC Charting Experience: Epic Required
Desired Specific Skillset for an ideal candidate: Mod Sedate and Neuro.
Unit Overview: The center offers services to meet every care need, including evaluation, diagnostics, surgery, rehabilitation and pain management.
Current Patient Ratio: 1:1
Primary Case/Procedure Types: Ortho-Spine/Pain/Neuro
