- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Coordinate care for a group of assigned patients in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Delegate and supervise care tasks to other staff
- Proactively consult with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and professional standards
- Patient-centered, team-oriented professionals with strong clinical judgment
- Self-driven, motivated individuals who excel in critical thinking and multitasking
- RNs who are passionate about improving patient experiences and outcomes
