Job Description
Family Medicine Physician needed in East Jordan, Michigan. The primary focus of the Family Medicine Physician is to be responsible for the maintenance of healthcare and treatment of patients.
Details:
• Permanent, full-time position
• Clinic hours: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
• 1:4 weekend coverage at 9:00 am - 1:00 pm on Saturdays
• No hospital or call coverage required
• Average of 18-25 patients per day
• Develop a health care plan for each patient
• Order immunizations for patients to prevent communicable disease
• Confer with consulting physicians, nurses, patients concerning treatment and care
• Refer those cases which require specialist services
• Provide customer service in accordance with health center mission

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Unrestricted Michigan medical license
