Surgical Services Float Pool- Enterprise Pre-op & Post op PACU

• Schedule: Day Shift, PRN 
• Department: Pre-Op
• Location: Candidate will float to both Charlotte and Winston Salem area hospitals

These RN’s possess the skills, competency and qualifications, as well as a requirement to work in all facilities within a defined market: Greater Charlotte (GCM) AND Greater Winston Salem (GWSM).This group shall be known as the Super Pool. These RNs are a part of Surgical Services. The specialties within the Surgical Services float pool include: Sterile Processing, Operating Room, Pre-Op/Phase II, and PACU.

What We're Looking For:

• Current RN license in NC (or compact state)
• BLS required; ACLS
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2 years of Pre-OP and PACU experience
• Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills
