Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or General Manager in a comparable, high-volume restaurant concept
- Proven success completing a structured restaurant management training program
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and retain high-performing teams
- Strong financial acumen with experience driving sales, controlling costs, and achieving profitability goals
- Excellent guest recovery, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications
- Ability to meet all federal, state, and local regulations related to food and beverage service
- Physical ability to meet the demands of a fast-paced restaurant environment
Must Haves:
- Hands-on leadership style with regular presence on the floor during peak service
- Ability to balance guest experience, team morale, and operational execution simultaneously
- Strong instincts for pacing service, managing flow, and adjusting staffing in real time
- Consistent follow-through on standards, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the restaurant
- Calm, confident decision-making during high-pressure service periods
Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in waterfront, destination, or high-traffic dining concepts
- Background working with chef-driven or scratch kitchens
- Track record of mentoring managers and developing future leaders
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail across FOH operations
