Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) provide anesthesia care under anesthesiologist supervision in a hospital operating room setting, primarily handling adult general and neurological procedures. The role involves a rotating schedule with some overnight shifts and use of EMR software like Epic for patient charting. Experience with spinal anesthesia and obstetrics is preferred, with a focus on non-cardiac and non-pediatric cases due to specialization within the team.
Support staff: CRNAs are medically supervised by anesthesiologists
• Coverage Type: Needing 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off set schedule and the 2nd provider to work 3x12s ideally doing Thurs, Fri, Sat, nights (7p-7a)

• Avg. Daily Census: 3-7 cases per day
• Patient Age Group: adult
• Procedures: No hearts. No peds (they have a pediatric team that does 90% of the peds cases). Mostly general and neuro. Ability to do Spinal Anesthesia: preferred. Willing to work OB: preferred.
