A healthcare organization is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family or Internal Medicine physician to join an outpatient-only primary care team in southern Oregon. The role offers flexible schedules, no inpatient or on-call duties, and various financial incentives including loan forgiveness and bonuses. Established group is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join their outpatient-only Primary Care team in beautiful southern Oregon. Ideal candidates will be Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine. Offering flexible scheduling options and there is no call or inpatient work required. With 4-season activities and over 200 days of sunshine a year in a stunning mountain setting, southern Oregon is considered one of the nation's most beautiful locales.
Hospital Employee, Outpatient only. $270-280K Annual Salary. Production Incentives available. Loan Forgiveness available up to $100,000 total. Signing Bonus available up to $60,000 . Relocation Bonus available. CME time and $5,000 available. EPIC in use for EMR. Stipend available for those in their last year of residency. Additional productivity compensation available based on performance. 240 hours of authorized time off per year. Excellent health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits. Years two and beyond, eligible for annual quality performance incentives of up to $40,000. Regional airport with non-stop flights to 12 major metros in the West.
