Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery night shift position requiring a current MS or compact license and at least one year of recent specialty experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Labor & Delivery unit of a hospital setting
• Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Care for laboring and postpartum patients
• Assignment involves typical L&D responsibilities in a hospital
• Responsibilities include managing labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum care
• RTO (requested time off) must be less than one week
• Dress code and scrub requirements will follow hospital policy
• Candidates must provide required documentation for employment consideration

Requirements

• Active MS or compact RN license required
• Minimum of one year recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of assignment
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility in the past two years are not eligible
• Local travelers within a 50-mile radius are not eligible
