Central Valley California Multi-specialty group setting Ophthalmologist needed

• Ophthalmologist provider needed for permanent/full-time position.
• New service line being opened and chance to build from the ground up
• Can grow specific areas of interest and procedures
• CA licensed and BE/BC required
• Service area of 45,000+
• Multi-specialty group has 8 physicians, 2 podiatrists, plus 7 APP s and is a rural health clinic setting.
• Office schedule is Monday Friday from 8 am 5 pm. (open to full-time or part-time both)
• Base salary of $400,000(negotiable)
• 40% of net collections after base salary is covered
• Flexible scheduling with 1-2 days per week for surgery as the practice grows
• 3 weeks paid vacation, 6 paid holidays, 5 sick days, 5 CME days plus $2K annually for CME stipend. DEA and license renewals paid by clinic.
• Paid malpractice plus tail coverage paid by the clinic.

• Signing bonus and relocation bonuses are negotiable.
