A growing gastroenterology group in New York is seeking a board-certified gastroenterologist to join as a partner with a focus on mostly outpatient procedures and patient care. The position offers a guaranteed salary, RVU-based incentives, full benefits, a signing bonus, and relocation assistance, with partnership expected after one year without buy-in. The role involves coverage across two nearby hospitals with a call schedule of 1 in 4, emphasizing advanced procedures such as ERCP and EUS.
Dr. Gregory Scagnelli is president of the group and a Board Certified Pediatric Gastroenterologist Dr Amine Hila Cell Busy single specialty group located in NY Southern Tier has an immediate need for another gastroenterologist to join them. Practice historically has extremely low turnover. They are looking only because the practice has continued to grow with consistent referrals and 2 physicians have recently retired. Call is currently 1 in 4 with coverage of two hospitals that are only 6 minutes apart. Mostly outpatient work with a general day consisting of procedures in the morning and patients in the afternoon. They are looking for a partner. Physician coming in will be treated as a partner from day one. Offering guaranteed salary and RVU based incentives with full benefits, sign on, and relo.
