Position Highlights

• Open to full-time (80 hours/pay period) or part-time (48 hours/pay period) employment

• Independent CRNA practice model no supervision required

• Cases: All types except neurosurgery and cardiac; healthy pediatrics only

• Procedures: Wide range, including regional and peripheral nerve blocks

• Facilities: 7 ORs, Endoscopy, Cath Lab, and nearby ASC

• Schedule: Assigned shifts; equitable paid call with post-call day off; weekends shared

• Work alongside a solid, experienced team of CRNAs and anesthesiologists

• Relocation may be required for local residency

Requirements

• Board Certified CRNARequired

• Active or eligible for Oregon licensureRequired

• Minimum 1 year of CRNA experienceRequired (no new graduates)

• Clean malpractice history/backgroundRequired

• Copy of NPDB self-query reportRequired

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $305,218 annually (for full-time, experienced CRNA at 1.0 FTE)
